1.  How far in advance should I book?

A week or two in advance is often sufficient, but really you should book as early as possible.  If you wish to enquire about room availability for any time, including tonight, give us a call after 3pm.  If you’re desperate for information and it’s not yet 3pm, an email will usually get a prompt response.

2. How long should I book for?

We would recommend a minimum of 2 hours.  Any less and you may find yourselves making room for the next group just as you’re getting into your stride.

3.  What size groups can you accommodate?

We have rooms for 5, 7, 9, and 11 people, some of which can accommodate 1 or 2 extra.  However, we welcome bigger parties all the time, spread across 2 or more rooms.  For groups of up to 22 people, rooms 4 and 5 are particularly popular – they are opposite each other and isolated from the rest of the venue, making them perfect for sharing.  We also consider full venue hire for parties of 30-55, and will even open on Sunday and Monday for large bookings.

4.  I want to book for tonight - why won't your online system allow me to?

Our online booking system does not allow bookings to be made on the same day, so please enquire for tonight by calling the venue on 0117 376 3100 after 3pm.  Before 3pm, email enquiries are usually answered promptly.

5.  There are a few more/less in our party than expected, what do I do?

Let us know and we will try to accommodate you!  Please be aware, however, that our rooms have limits on their capacity and extra guests will not always be permitted.  Where we can accommodate extras, they will be charged £5/hour each. If your numbers have fallen, we cannot give you a discount on room hire, but, with enough notice, we will try and move you to a smaller (and therefore cheaper) room.

6. Are you open in the afternoon?

Yes, we open from 1pm Tues-Sat for advance bookings.  Afternoon bookings must be made in person over the phone. (For children's parties, please click).

7.  I need to cancel my booking - what is your policy on this?

In order to obtain a refund of your deposit, a cancellation would need to be made at least 24 hours before a Tuesday or Wednesday booking and at least 72 hours before a Thursday, Friday or Saturday booking.

8.  How do I become a member and what benefits do I get with membership?

Simply email us with your name, postal address and date of birth. Our Membership page details the benefits of membership.

9.  Do you have a bar?

No, all food and drink is served direct to your room by our waiters, who are called via the call button in your room.

10.  How is the bill arranged?

Like a table in a restaurant, everything is charged to the room, not to individual customers. We cannot, therefore, allow customers to run individual bills; nor can we allow customers to pay separately for every item they order. We will generally take last orders around 15 minutes before your time is up, and then present your bill, which will include any remaining unpaid room hire, and all the food and drink consumed by the room during your stay.  NB/ In the case of our All-inclusive deal, the balance of the full amount must be paid on arrival at the venue.

11.  How many songs do you have on your system?

Over 6000 on a state-of-the-art system, and this is expanded on a monthly basis with new releases.  You can find a full list of our song library on our website.  If there’s a song you’re dying to sing and you can’t find it on the list, let us know and we’ll try and get it in time for your visit.

12.  Do you have wheelchair access?  

Our venue is accessible to wheelchair users. Please inform Karaoke-Me! if your party has a wheelchair user, in order that staff are on hand to greet you and facilitate entry.
