Only the person booking needs to be a member in order to take up a membership promotion but do please feel free to encourage your party to also become members!
1. ALL-INCLUSIVE (Members Only)
1. Karaoke-Me! operates an ‘All-inclusive’ deal for Members only, where the rate covers room hire AND:
i) All you can eat and drink (all week except Fri/Sat after 8pm).
ii) All you can drink (Fri/Sat from 8pm).
2. Members must inform us by email at time of booking that they wish to partake in this deal. If we do not receive such notification, bookings will be put on our standard, room-only rate.
3. RATES: 2 hours = £20/person; subsequent hours £8/person/hour. 2 hours min. Our standard deposit, calculated by room size, is payable on booking. The balance, calculated according to the precise number of people attending on the night, is payable on your arrival at the venue.
4. We pledge to do everything we can to satisfy your thirst (and, except for Fri/Sat after 8pm, your hunger), but please bear in mind that we cannot deliver large orders in an instant. Nor will we deliver multiple orders that we believe are wasteful (before you reorder, please at least think about finishing your last drink/pizza!).
5. Rate applies to Amstel, Stella Artois, Budvar, Gaymers Cider, House Red, House White, Standard Single Spirits with Mixers and, except for Fri/Sat after 8pm, Pizza. All other drinks are available at half listed price, except for Champagne, which is 30% off listed price.
6. Where a booking straddles 8pm on Friday or Saturday, Pizza will be included only where at least 1 hour of the booking falls before 8pm. In this situation, all Pizza will be delivered before 8pm.
7. Booking requests for more than 9 people and booking requests made after 4pm on the same day may be declined at the manager's discretion. All All-inclusive bookings are subject to the availability of suitable rooms for your group size: advance booking is highly recommended! NB// The All-inclusive deal is already fully-subscribed and therefore not available to new bookings on the following dates and times: n/a)
8. Evening bookings may be made and deposits paid via our online system, but customers absolutely MUST inform us they wish to partake in the All-inclusive deal. If we do not receive such notification, bookings will be put on our standard, room-only rate. When you receive your booking confirmation email, please let us know your preference by reply. The balance due on any online booking will be calculated according to the precise number of people attending on the night and will be payable on your arrival at the venue.
9. As with all bookings at Karaoke-Me!, All-inclusive parties should be punctual. In the event that parties arrive late, we reserve the right to charge room hire at the standard room-only rate for the time they have missed. The amount payable for the remaining time will be calculated pro rata, based on a £12/head charge for the first remaining hour and an £8/head charge for subsequent hours (eg. a party arriving with 1.5hrs of their booking remaining will be charged £16/head, and may also incur a charge of £2.50/head for the half hour they have missed).
10. Afternoon bookings (ie. before 6pm Tues-Thurs, 4pm Fri and Sat) must be made by phone at least a day in advance, and are subject to there being no pre-existing family bookings at the relevant time.
11. Parties who wish to switch from the all-inclusive rate to our standard room-only rate may do so after 2 hours on the all-inclusive rate.
12. All-inclusive bookings are not available in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
13. All-inclusive bookings are available to over-18s only and are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
14. Any All-inclusive booking made must apply to all members of that party.
2. 2 HOURS FOR THE PRICE OF 1
Book 2 hours on a Tuesday or Wednesday and pay for just 1.
1. Offer available in all rooms, for a limited time only.
2. Offer available in advance and also to walk-in customers (subject to availability). The second hour must be reserved at time of booking to ensure availability.
3. The full room hire (ie. 1 hour’s room hire) must be paid up-front.
4. Rooms may be booked online, in which case the ‘50% deposit’ required by our system will cover total room hire for the 2 hours.
5. Subsequent hours will be charged at the normal rate.
6. All bookings for a Tuesday and Wednesday will be assumed to be made under this offer unless we are informed otherwise. If you wish to take up the All-inclusive deal instead, please let us know when booking
7. Offer may not be used in conjunction with other offers. This deal is also subject to our standard terms and conditions.

4. LOYALTY CARD SCHEME
Upon becoming a member you will receive a Loyalty Card which, for every two visits you make, entitles you to one hour's free room-hire on your third visit.
