1. Bookings are by the quarter hour, with a minimum booking of 1 hour (except all-inc bookings, which must be for 2 hours min.).
2. A 50% room hire deposit is payable on booking. In order to ensure we have the opportunity to sell cancelled rooms on (or rooms left vacant following a room change), this deposit is refundable only if the booking is cancelled (or the room changed) at least 3 days beforehand (for Friday and Saturday bookings) or at least 1 day beforehand (for Tues-Thurs bookings). The balance of the room hire will be added to your room bill at the end of your visit, with the exception of an All-Inclusive booking, where the total balance payable will be taken upon arrival at the venue.
3. Room capacities are strictly limited. Whilst there is room for 1 or 2 more in some of our rooms, customers should never assume extras will be accommodated. If you think your party may grow above the stated room capacity, phone the venue in advance to see if we can accommodate you. If we can, a charge of £5/person/hour will be made for every customer over the stated room capacity.
4. Room charges cover the specific time you have booked. Please don't be late. Similarly, as soon as your booked time expires you will be required to leave your room. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you book enough time, and please allow time to finish all food and drink within the booked time.
5. Customers may not bring their own food and drink onto the premises. We reserve the right to conduct bag searches to prevent this happening. Where customers do bring their own food and drink onto the premises (whether or not we can prove it has been consumed on the premises), we may confiscate it and add a corkage charge to your bill. If you are carrying food or drink for consumption after your time at Karaoke-Me!, the safest policy is to declare it on arrival and, if necessary, to leave it with our staff for safe-keeping during your visit.
7. We demand respect for our staff and our equipment. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage and will eject anyone who is rude or abusive.
8. We have a zero tolerance approach to illegal substances and operate a full CCTV system.
9. Children under 15 will not be permitted in the venue after 6pm. However, before 6pm children's parties are most welcome. Provided there are no existing adult-only bookings, no adult-only bookings will be taken which coincide with a children's party.
10. Evening bookings and All-inclusive bookings are STRICTLY 18 AND OVER. Any customers who cannot demonstrate that they are of an appropriate age risk being ejected from the venue with NO REFUND. Valid ID for these purposes is a current passport or photo driving licence. No other forms of I.D will be accepted under any circumstances.
11. We will charge for soiling where appropriate. We reserve the right to charge a soiling fee of £40, should a customer be found to soil any commonly used area of the venue, excluding rest-rooms.
12. Closing Times: We may close early at quiet times. Last-minute booking requests or extension requests may therefore be refused at these times, at the manager's discretion.
